The audience thought a goal was coming when Grigoriy Kudryavtsev got free with Efim Fedotov in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maksim Dunaevskiy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Efim Fedotov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Denis Lavrentev put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Gleb Stroganov. A collision led to Geo-Winner getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Grigoriy Kudryavtsev hit a great ball. Denis Lavrentevs short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Gleb Stroganov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Denis Lavrentev who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Gleb Stroganov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Petr Klimovskiy struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Efim Fedotov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Geo-Winner. In the 75th minute, Denis Lavrentev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gleb Stroganov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Bolshakov in the 78th minute of play. STORM's Sergey Blynskih was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gleb Stroganov in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Geo-Winner's goalkeeper Gleb Stroganov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 82 minutes into the game, Grigoriy Kudryavtsev cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Efim Fedotov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Geo-Winner getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Veniamin Gorshkov hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Gleb Stroganov successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 93 minutes into the match, Geo-Winner's goalkeeper Gleb Stroganov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vitaliy Grischenko. After a rather tough play, Geo-Winner's Andrey Shalikashvili got a free kick in the 94th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roman Bolshakov in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gleb Stroganov saved Geo-Winner from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Denis Lavrentev could shoot a difficult shot in the 97th minute, which Gleb Stroganov however easily saved by the left post.
