Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ovidiu Barboni started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Mugur Alexiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ovidiu Barboni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fc Briguglia's Martin Cucerzan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidiu Barboni in the 7th minute of play. When Mugur Alexiu came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Pacurarestii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mugur Alexiu couldn't finish the play. Ovidiu Barboni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Martin Cucerzan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pacurarestii's Ovidiu Barboni in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fc Briguglia's goalie prevented a goal. 19 minutes into the match, Ovidiu Barboni notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fc Briguglia's Martin Cucerzan. Martin Cucerzan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pacurarestii's Ovidiu Barboni got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mugur Alexiu kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. If Ovidiu Barboni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Cazimir Ghioane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Fc Briguglia defense, Ovidiu Barboni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martin Cucerzan. The Fc Briguglia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martin Cucerzan should have stopped the shot. Sabin Lipan kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Andrei Craia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Cucerzan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute Vintilă Giurăscu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Cucerzan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mugur Alexiu scored 0-3 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martin Cucerzan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Pacurarestii were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Andrei Craia charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andrei Craia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pacurarestii getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Andrei Craia hit a great ball. Fc Briguglia's Martin Cucerzan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Fc Briguglia from getting a goal against them. In the 57th minute, Mugur Alexiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martin Cucerzan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 61st minute of the match, Vintilă Giurăscu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Martin Cucerzan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mugur Alexiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ovidiu Barboni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Cucerzan having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Fc Briguglia's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Barboni came free, but Martin Cucerzan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Martin Cucerzan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidiu Barboni in the 71st minute of play. Pacurarestii's Mugur Alexiu got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Ovidiu Barboni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iurie Cucu kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, one of Fc Briguglia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fc Briguglia. When the match had been going on for 78 minutes, Pacurarestii's Mihăiţă Stănculescu got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Martin Cucerzan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidiu Barboni in the 82nd minute of play forced Fc Briguglia's goalkeeper Martin Cucerzan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Fc Briguglia's Martin Cucerzan got control of the ball when Mugur Alexiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Mugur Alexiu took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Martin Cucerzan to make any attempt to save it. Martin Cucerzan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidiu Barboni in the 89th minute of the match. If Ovidiu Barboni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Pacurarestii left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fc Briguglia.
