Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adam Ghioane started the match with the kick off. Horia Corbuț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Ghioane in the 3rd minute of play. Iurie Cucu hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovidiu Barboni in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Cucerzan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Martin Cucerzan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidiu Barboni, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. If Mugur Alexiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Iurie Cucu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mihăiţă Stănculescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Martin Cucerzan. Fc Briguglia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ovidiu Barboni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martin Cucerzan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Andrei Craia could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Martin Cucerzan however easily saved by the left post. Martin Cucerzan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugur Alexiu in the 20th minute of play. Mugur Alexiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Cucerzan having to interfere. Pacurarestii's Ovidiu Barboni got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 36 played minutes Ovidiu Barboni rounded Fc Briguglia's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 41st minute Ovidiu Barboni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Cucerzan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes of play, Pacurarestii's Mugur Alexiu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Cucerzan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ovidiu Barboni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the match, Fc Briguglia's goalkeeper Martin Cucerzan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mugur Alexiu. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ovidiu Barboni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Pacurarestii getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Andrei Craia hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugur Alexiu in the 53rd minute of play forced Fc Briguglia's goalkeeper Martin Cucerzan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Pacurarestii booed when Fc Briguglia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Ghioane didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mugur Alexiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidiu Barboni in the 61st minute of play forced Fc Briguglia's goalkeeper Martin Cucerzan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Mugur Alexiu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Martin Cucerzan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 66th minute, Andrei Craia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute Ovidiu Barboni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Cucerzan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Cucerzan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidiu Barboni in the 73rd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Fc Briguglia's goal looked a bit too open when Andrei Craia came free, but Martin Cucerzan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fc Briguglia's Martin Cucerzan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidiu Barboni in the 75th minute of play. Martin Cucerzan came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Pacurarestii's Ovidiu Barboni. But to his dismay, Ovidiu Barboni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Ovidiu Barboni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pacurarestii's supporters rose to their feet, but Ovidiu Barboni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Cucerzan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ovidiu Barboni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute Ovidiu Barboni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Cucerzan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute Vintilă Giurăscu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Cucerzan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mugur Alexiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee ended the match the Pacurarestii players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
