Barbalani CS's supporters rose to their feet, but Constantin Romanescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugen Ştoia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iustinian Enoaia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Costică Moga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Constantin Romanescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugen Ştoia having to interfere. When Irinel Neculce fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chesler FCM's protests and gave Irinel Neculce a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th match minute, Chesler FCM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Irinel Neculce to maneuver through the defense. Constantin Romanescu struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Eugen Ştoia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barbalani CS. Iustinian Enoaia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Costică Moga made a huge save. Eugen Ştoia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tudor Lupșe in the 43rd minute of the match. Horaţiu Ologu charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horaţiu Ologu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 70th minute, Octavian Vlaicu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugen Ştoia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horea Porumboiu in the 73rd minute. Costică Moga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costel Macrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chesler FCM's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Tudor Lupșe scored to the left of an out of position Eugen Ştoia, making the score, 0-1.
