Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Augustin Tastaman started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Irinel Cândea got free with Cezar Craia in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Irinel Cândea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 6th minute of the match Iustin Uncescu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cezar Craia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pereveciori SC's zone, Sabin Gherghescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cezar Craia came out of the goal and Sabin Gherghescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Pereveciori SC's Augustin Tastaman in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bojenesti CSS's goalie prevented a goal. Irinel Cândea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cezar Craia having to interfere. After 25 minutes of play, Pereveciori SC's Augustin Tastaman made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manuel Preda was left in no man's land by his defense there! Răzvan Marinescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Leontin Crașovan hit a great ball. In the 35th minute Leonard Bebeșel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Preda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Augustin Tastaman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Răzvan Marinescu struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Manuel Preda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pereveciori SC. Pereveciori SC's Augustin Tastaman got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 52nd minute, Augustin Tastaman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manuel Preda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Augustin Tastaman in the 54th minute. Mădălin Melinte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Manuel Preda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dan Stroia during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dan Stroia hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Bojenesti CSS's Manuel Preda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Bostan in the 94th minute of play. Pereveciori SC played a much better game than Bojenesti CSS and deserved their victory. The Bojenesti CSS players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
