Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bogdan Petru took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marin Corbea struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Vintilă Chitimia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caramurat CS. In the 8th match minute, Caramurat CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stelian Frântu to maneuver through the defense. Flavius Gârleanu hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Vintilă Chitimia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marin Corbea, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 22nd minute, Marin Corbea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caramurat CS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 25 minutes into the game, Eliodor Panait was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caramurat CS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Strimbeni the free kick. In the 25th match minute, Caramurat CS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliodor Panait to maneuver through the defense. Alexandru Hristea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Iordache Hăulică tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nae Durbac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marin Corbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Caramurat CS's Stelian Frântu got a free kick in the 44th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bogdan Petru in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iordache Hăulică prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marin Corbea to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Bogdan Petru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iordache Hăulică was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Caramurat CS's Iordache Hăulică played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogdan Petru in the 56th minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Caramurat CS's goal looked a bit too open when Nae Durbac came free, but Iordache Hăulică reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nae Durbac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Iordache Hăulică tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexandru Hristea kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. When Bogdan Petru came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Strimbeni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bogdan Petru couldn't finish the play. When Manole Abrudan fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caramurat CS's protests and gave Manole Abrudan a yellow card for diving instead. After 81 minutes of play, Strimbeni's Nae Durbac made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iordache Hăulică was left in no man's land by his defense there! 89 minutes into the match, Nae Durbac notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Caramurat CS's Iordache Hăulică. Iordache Hăulică was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vlad Câmpeanu hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Vintilă Chitimia made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Emanuel Dinulescu sent off a good shot on target. Strimbeni were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Caramurat CS for a fine match.
