Spectators: 6713 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Viorel Brănet took the kick off in the first half of the match. Isac Steriopol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandu Piţurcă in the 5th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Deliorucci's zone, Cristi Manu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isac Steriopol came out of the goal and Cristi Manu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Viorel Brănet came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Deliorucci fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viorel Brănet couldn't finish the play. Deliorucci's Isac Steriopol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandu Piţurcă in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ämir Vukčević in the 27th minute of play forced Dolea AS's goalkeeper Alin Melentie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ämir Vukčević received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Alin Melentie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alin Melentie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidiu Mergea in the 40th minute of play. Deliorucci's Viorel Brănet got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Deliorucci's Ämir Vukčević in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dolea AS's goalie prevented a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sandu Piţurcă to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Cristi Manu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dolea AS's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristi Manu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isac Steriopol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iulian Adam charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iulian Adam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Deliorucci getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Iulian Adam hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Deliorucci defense, Sandu Piţurcă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isac Steriopol. The Deliorucci fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isac Steriopol should have stopped the shot. Ämir Vukčević sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristi Manu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Isac Steriopol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ämir Vukčević fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alin Melentie having to interfere. Sandu Piţurcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Dolea AS's zone, Ämir Vukčević stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alin Melentie came out of the goal and Ämir Vukčević tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isac Steriopol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandu Piţurcă in the 94th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Cristi Manu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dolea AS's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristi Manu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isac Steriopol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
