Braila defense, Ernest Lixandru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Arnăutu. The F.C. Braila fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Arnăutu should have stopped the shot. Ernest Lixandru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fc Anonymus's Sorin Rizescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stelian Neagu in the 24th minute of play. If Fabien Nester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 played minutes F.C. Braila got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Chivu. In the 29th minute, Fabien Nester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, F.C. Braila's goal looked a bit too open when Traian Negreanu came free, but David Arnăutu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Braila got a freekick which was hit by Stelian Neagu. F.C. Braila's David Arnăutu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Braila from getting a goal against them. If Traian Negreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 58 minutes, Ernest Lixandru managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Anonymus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernest Lixandru was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Fc Anonymus's Ernest Lixandru slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Arnăutu. That made the score 0-5 after 63 minutes of play. David Arnăutu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabien Nester, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Ernest Lixandru who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 75thth minute tested the skills of David Arnăutu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg David Arnăutu managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Fc Anonymus's Ernest Lixandru fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 79 minutes, Marcu Racoviceanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. Braila and the Fc Anonymus players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th match minute, F.C. Braila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcu Racoviceanu to maneuver through the defense.
