Ghiocu's Octavian Cioacă proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Ghiocu from getting a goal against them. Mihai Alexandroae showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vali Dinu in the 16th minute of the match. 程悦桑 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. The Secas CSS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mihai Alexandroae should have stopped the shot. In the 39th minute, Vali Dinu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If 程悦桑 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half Ghiocu were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Octavian Cioacă came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Secas CSS's Mihnea Giurchescu. But to his dismay, Mihnea Giurchescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 58th minute, Victor Boieraș made a precise shot to the right of Octavian Cioacă. Ghiocu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. If 程悦桑 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute.
