Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Albert Drilea made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Sror Dehrab managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Boteni's supporters rose to their feet, but Sror Dehrab was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Călin Marinescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Călin Marinescu was a little too slow when Sror Dehrab got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 15 played minutes Butuluca AS got a freekick which was hit by Ciprian Cigu. Nechifor Lovinescu took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonard Jder. Leonard Jder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Călin Marinescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionuț Burca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, FC Boteni's goal looked a bit too open when Viorel Alupoaie came free, but Leonard Jder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Boteni's Albert Drilea was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 30th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Albert Drilea did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Călin Marinescu 39 minutes into the match. Gelu Encuțescu scored 3-2 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonard Jder, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute Damian Hurmuzache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Marinescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Călin Marinescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Drilea in the 55th minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, FC Boteni's Albert Drilea made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Călin Marinescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leonard Jder came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Butuluca AS's Gelu Encuțescu. But to his dismay, Gelu Encuțescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Iacob Harbuz kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. FC Boteni's Octav Banica was substituted for Gică Apăvăloaie. A collision led to Butuluca AS getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Iacob Harbuz hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Albert Drilea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Boteni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. 71 minutes into the game, Nicodim Mureșan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Boteni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Butuluca AS the free kick. The supporters of Butuluca AS booed when FC Boteni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicodim Mureșan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 80 minutes into the game, Albert Drilea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-3. Călin Marinescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonard Jder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gelu Encuțescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Albert Drilea made a precise shot to the right of Călin Marinescu. Butuluca AS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-3. In the 93rd minute, Sror Dehrab got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of FC Boteni booed when Butuluca AS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisc Gavruță didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 96 played minutes, FC Boteni's Emanuel Cristoloveanu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Călin Marinescu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Boteni reached it. If Sror Dehrab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 98 minutes into the match, FC Boteni's Albert Drilea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Călin Marinescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Boteni had played much better football throughout.
