In the 43rdth minute of the game Răzvan Dobrescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC PODU TURCULUI's Tiberiu Moldoveanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. - BTF - F.C.- Lion King -'s Costică Tomulescu got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Edgar Bălcescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half - BTF - F.C.- Lion King - were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Tiberiu Hoduț made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, FC PODU TURCULUI's Tiberiu Moldoveanu got control of the ball when Răzvan Dobrescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Răzvan Dobrescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over - BTF - F.C.- Lion King - could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC PODU TURCULUI throughout the match.
