Spectators: 5928 (Terracing: 4100, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mugurel Uduleanu started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hartmut Tuna during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hartmut Tuna in the 9th minute of play forced Mocrea's goalkeeper Irinel Racoviceanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mihăiţă Ieremia did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Irinel Racoviceanu 18 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaspar Martins got free with Irinel Racoviceanu in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th match minute, Mocrea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Lalescu to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to F.C TG-MURES getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Hartmut Tuna hit a great ball. Mugurel Uduleanu took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Costică Săvescu. Costică Săvescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 34th minute, Romeo Stăniloaie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th match minute, Mocrea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Romaşcanu to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th match minute, F.C TG-MURES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hartmut Tuna to maneuver through the defense. Mihăiţă Ieremia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Irinel Racoviceanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hartmut Tuna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Irinel Racoviceanu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hartmut Tuna showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 47 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Mihăiţă Ieremia managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C TG-MURES's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihăiţă Ieremia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Irinel Racoviceanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to F.C TG-MURES getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Sever Mușetescu hit a great ball. Mihăiţă Ieremia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Irinel Racoviceanu having to interfere. Hartmut Tuna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Irinel Racoviceanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Martins in the 73rd minute of play forced Mocrea's goalkeeper Irinel Racoviceanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hartmut Tuna took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Irinel Racoviceanu. Irinel Racoviceanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Tudor Chiru kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. If Hartmut Tuna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. F.C TG-MURES's Costică Săvescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Uduleanu in the 84th minute of play. Gabriel Mălăncioiu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Irinel Racoviceanu. Mocrea's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Mihăiţă Ieremia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 95 minutes into the match, F.C TG-MURES's Mihăiţă Ieremia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Irinel Racoviceanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. F.C TG-MURES fully deserved thier win.
