Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Petre Potoroacă started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Petrică Vernescu suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. A collision led to Tarcuta CSS getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Doru Buceceanu hit a great ball. Gabriel Mavrodin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dinu Chițu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. When Calistrat Sucigan fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Odobesti FCM's protests and gave Calistrat Sucigan a yellow card for diving instead. Calistrat Sucigan hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Gabriel Giubelean, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Odobesti FCM getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Petru Răchiteanu hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Gabriel Giubelean sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Odobesti FCM's Dinu Chițu didn't even have to move. In the 15thth minute of the game Iustin Lalescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Odobesti FCM's Dinu Chițu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gabriel Mavrodin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinu Chițu having to interfere. Moise Gherasescu made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Flavius Encescu sent off a good shot on target. Calistrat Sucigan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moise Gherasescu having to interfere. Flavius Encescu struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Moise Gherasescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Odobesti FCM. Flavius Encescu took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moise Gherasescu. When Flavius Encescu came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Odobesti FCM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavius Encescu couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute, Petre Potoroacă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Odobesti FCM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Moise Gherasescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavius Encescu in the 39th minute. Moise Gherasescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavius Encescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Odobesti FCM's Flavius Encescu got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabriel Mavrodin to make the kick off. Moise Gherasescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavius Encescu in the 58th minute of play. When Flavius Encescu came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Odobesti FCM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavius Encescu couldn't finish the play. Flavius Encescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Moise Gherasescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute Flavius Encescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moise Gherasescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moise Gherasescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavius Encescu in the 84th minute of the match. Rareș Pantiș hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Iustin Lalescu notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Odobesti FCM's Dinu Chițu. Dinu Chițu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iustin Lalescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tarcuta CSS's Moise Gherasescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavius Encescu in the 97th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Odobesti FCM fully deserved thier win.
