An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Papadache in the 3rd minute of play forced Fc Stiinta's goalkeeper Djalma Medeiros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fc Stiinta's Alin Racoviță got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fc Stiinta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Enuta SC the free kick. Alin Racoviță hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Victor Papadache managed to get in a good position for a shot. Enuta SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Papadache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Djalma Medeiros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Fc Stiinta getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ionel Miclauș hit a great ball. In the 26th minute of the match Ciprian Anisie sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Djalma Medeiros skillfully saved the ball. Djalma Medeiros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristinel Scutaru in the 28th minute of play. After 29 minutes of play Fc Stiinta's Alin Racoviță was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 30th match minute, Fc Stiinta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alin Racoviță to maneuver through the defense. When Victor Papadache came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Enuta SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Papadache couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute, Gigel Chițes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victor Papadache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute, Cristinel Scutaru fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Djalma Medeiros didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 46th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victor Papadache was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Enuta SC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Gigi Huștiu hit a great ball. After 61 minutes, Nistor Codruț mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc Stiinta and the Enuta SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Fc Stiinta's Nistor Codruț got a free kick in the 61st minute. Cristinel Scutaru might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Djalma Medeiros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristinel Scutaru ran back to his position shaking his head. 66 minutes into the game, Robert Alamaru recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Horea Hidișan. Robert Alamaru showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Victor Papadache's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Djalma Medeiros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Djalma Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Papadache, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The audience was convinced that Victor Papadache's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Djalma Medeiros was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Nistor Codruț kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Djalma Medeiros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Djalma Medeiros didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Enuta SC's Cristinel Scutaru shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Enuta SC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Fc Stiinta for a fine match.
