The Seciuri AS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Calistrat Silişteanu should have stopped the shot. Vali Tomoioagă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Valeriu Stanciu's late challenge caught a FC Barcelona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valeriu Stanciu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Seciuri AS's Valeriu Stanciu got a free kick in the 18th minute. After 21 minutes of play, FC Barcelona's Sandu Aliuta made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Calistrat Silişteanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Seciuri AS's Calistrat Silişteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vali Tomoioagă in the 24th minute of play. Leonard Cojan kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Petre Mârzac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Calistrat Silişteanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandu Aliuta in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Calistrat Silişteanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With 35 minutes on the clock, Claudiu Dragușin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 34 minutes into the game, one of FC Barcelona:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Petre Mârzac came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the FC Barcelona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petre Mârzac couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Vali Tomoioagă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Calistrat Silişteanu was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. When Pompiliu Rușanu came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Seciuri AS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pompiliu Rușanu couldn't finish the play. The Seciuri AS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Barcelona were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vali Tomoioagă made a kick off. Petre Mârzac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Calistrat Silişteanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Barcelona's Vali Tomoioagă got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Seciuri AS's zone, Vali Tomoioagă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Calistrat Silişteanu came out of the goal and Vali Tomoioagă tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Seciuri AS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Petre Mârzac scored to the left of an out of position Calistrat Silişteanu, making the score, 0-5. In the 73rdth minute of the game Vali Tomoioagă who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seciuri AS's Calistrat Silişteanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 76th minute FC Barcelona were awarded a corner. Grigore Mironescu went to the cornerflag to take it. FC Barcelona's Grigore Mironescu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Calistrat Silişteanu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 78th minute, Gavril Datcu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sandu Mândru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Calistrat Silişteanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vali Tomoioagă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 97th minute Iordache Peter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduard Braia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Seciuri AS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Barcelona were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
