Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Iustinian Arsenescu got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Ştefănică in the 4th minute of play forced Turbofin's goalkeeper Vasile Olăroiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iustinian Arsenescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Vasile Olăroiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 21 minutes, Iustinian Arsenescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mesteci's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iustinian Arsenescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mesteci's zone, Eric Jerca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silviu Comăneci came out of the goal and Eric Jerca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filip Azamfirei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Silviu Comăneci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28thth minute of the game Eric Jerca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mesteci's Silviu Comăneci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vasile Olăroiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigi Ştefănică in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Marcu Marian made a precise shot to the right of Vasile Olăroiu. Turbofin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Iustinian Arsenescu hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After 40 minutes, Gigi Ştefănică mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mesteci and the Turbofin players grew even worse after the yellow card. Robert Groza hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Eric Jerca made the kick off in the second half. Silviu Comăneci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Jerca in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Filip Azamfirei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Gigi Ştefănică had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vasile Olăroiu. Turbofin's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gigi Ştefănică was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After having played for 64 minutes, Pavel Marica managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mesteci's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pavel Marica was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Iustinian Arsenescu fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mesteci's protests and gave Iustinian Arsenescu a yellow card for diving instead. Iustinian Arsenescu kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Ovidiu Cuculeanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Silviu Comăneci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Ştefan Aanicăi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Turbofin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mesteci the free kick. After 79 played minutes Turbofin got a freekick which was hit by Ştefan Aanicăi. 80 minutes into the match, Turbofin's goal looked a bit too open when Iustinian Arsenescu came free, but Vasile Olăroiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Mesteci's Eliodor Lera slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vasile Olăroiu. That made the score 1-3 after 86 minutes of play. Turbofin's Vasile Olăroiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustinian Arsenescu in the 93rd minute of play. The Mesteci players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
