Spectators: 7349 (Terracing: 5512, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 147) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Aristide Vizitiu made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Ciulei in the 6th minute of play forced Tibrul's goalkeeper Radu Grozuță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Eric Mihăilă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Mihăilă in the 11th minute of play forced Tibrul's goalkeeper Radu Grozuță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Eric Mihăilă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radu Grozuță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Vătăşel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristide Vizitiu in the 16th minute of play. Dacian Milea who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Marian Vătăşel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Vascani's Augustin Ciulei got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eric Mihăilă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Radu Grozuță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Mihăilă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Tibrul's Liviu Buculeasa got a free kick in the 27th minute. If Augustin Ciulei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Liviu Buculeasa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tibrul's Radu Grozuță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Mihăilă in the 30th minute of play. Eduard Giosu struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Radu Grozuță didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vascani. Augustin Ciulei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radu Grozuță having to interfere. Augustin Ciulei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Augustin Ciulei made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Tibrul's zone, Eric Mihăilă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radu Grozuță came out of the goal and Eric Mihăilă tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vascani's Marian Vătăşel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristide Vizitiu in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Ciulei in the 67th minute of play forced Tibrul's goalkeeper Radu Grozuță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Eric Mihăilă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vascani's supporters rose to their feet, but Eric Mihăilă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radu Grozuță breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 72nd match minute, Tibrul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristide Vizitiu to maneuver through the defense. Eric Mihăilă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Radu Grozuță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisc Chirtoacă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristide Vizitiu in the 82nd minute of play forced Vascani's goalkeeper Marian Vătăşel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mihai Panaitoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Radu Grozuță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Ciulei in the 87th minute of the match. Radu Grozuță didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 91st minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Vascani's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
