Horia Buta was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11th minute, FC MONOLIT BRAILA's Olimpiu Dridu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. If Horia Poplăcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristinel Blidaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cătălin Uncheşelu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horia Buta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Agulescu in the 53rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Zavalu CF's Leonard Agulescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Horia Buta. That made the score 2-3 after 55 minutes of play. In the 62nd minute, Horia Poplăcan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC MONOLIT BRAILA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Leonard Agulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to FC MONOLIT BRAILA getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Cristinel Blidaru hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Leonard Agulescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC MONOLIT BRAILA's Horia Buta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Agulescu in the 72nd minute of play. Leonard Agulescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Horia Buta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Agulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Horia Poplăcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Mugurel Vâlcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Horia Poplăcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Horia Buta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Agulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After a rather tough play, Zavalu CF's Ivan Ficsinescu got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute Horia Poplăcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugurel Vâlcu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mugurel Vâlcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olimpiu Dridu in the 97th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
