Spectators: 7384 (Terracing: 5575, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ionică Zaharia got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Fc Targoviste was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Huștea to maneuver through the defense. Corneliu Burdulea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionică Zaharia in the 5th minute of the match. Corneliu Burdulea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionică Zaharia, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fc Targoviste fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 10 minutes, Negoescu's Alexandru Vişoiu got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Corneliu Burdulea. 15 minutes into the match, Fc Targoviste's goal looked a bit too open when Ionică Zaharia came free, but Corneliu Burdulea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fc Targoviste's Corneliu Burdulea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matei Pietreanu in the 18th minute of play. Corneliu Burdulea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliodor Ţintea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Ionică Zaharia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corneliu Burdulea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ionică Zaharia kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Corneliu Burdulea. That made the score 3-0 in the 31 minute of play. If Baltazar Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pedro Paulo Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Eric Gheorghiță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Baltazar Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Paulo Rosado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Pedro Paulo Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Eric Gheorghiță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baltazar Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Gheorghiță having to interfere. When Baltazar Luz came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Fc Targoviste fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baltazar Luz couldn't finish the play. Fc Targoviste's Corneliu Burdulea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliodor Ţintea in the 58th minute of play. When Petru Vasilian came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Negoescu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petru Vasilian couldn't finish the play. Baltazar Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Eric Gheorghiță tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Ionică Zaharia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Corneliu Burdulea was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Pedro Paulo Rosado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iosif Ghiță's late challenge caught a Negoescu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iosif Ghiță helped the player get up and apologised. Iosif Ghiță kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Corneliu Burdulea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matei Pietreanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 87 minutes, Romeo Huștea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Targoviste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeo Huștea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Paulo Rosado scored 4-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eric Gheorghiță, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 96 minutes into the game, Petru Vasilian cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Corneliu Burdulea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fc Targoviste players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Negoescu.
