Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Irinel Şumălan took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Mihai Enciulescu came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Frunzeasca CSS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihai Enciulescu couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute, Sandu Potoroacă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Frunzeasca CSS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The audience was convinced that Irinel Şumălan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Martin Cernat was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Sandu Potoroacă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Cernat having to interfere. Martin Cernat made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Mihai Enciulescu sent off a good shot on target. Martin Cernat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Irinel Şumălan in the 26th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Frunzeasca CSS's Irinel Şumălan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Martin Cernat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Irinel Şumălan in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Cernat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute, Fc. Grivita's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Irinel Şumălan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Martin Cernat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mihai Enciulescu in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute, Sandu Potoroacă made a precise shot to the right of Martin Cernat. Fc. Grivita's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Sandu Potoroacă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moise Zamfir made a kick off. In the 51st minute Irinel Şumălan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Cernat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Irinel Şumălan succeeded in the game's 53rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mihai Enciulescu in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Cernat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Martin Cernat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Şumălan in the 61st minute of the match. Fc. Grivita's Martin Cernat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irinel Şumălan in the 67th minute of play. Mihai Enciulescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Martin Cernat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 69 minutes, Gheorghe Baldovinescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc. Grivita and the Frunzeasca CSS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gheorghe Baldovinescu hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Irinel Şumălan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 79th match minute, Fc. Grivita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Baldovinescu to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Fc. Grivita's zone, Irinel Şumălan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Cernat came out of the goal and Irinel Şumălan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Valer Cismaș managed to get in a good position for a shot. Frunzeasca CSS's supporters rose to their feet, but Valer Cismaș was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Cernat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mihai Enciulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute Irinel Şumălan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Cernat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Cernat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Şumălan in the 90th minute of the match. The supporters of Frunzeasca CSS booed when Fc. Grivita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gheorghe Baldovinescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Irinel Şumălan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Cernat having to interfere. Martin Cernat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihai Enciulescu in the 96th minute of the match. Frunzeasca CSS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
