A hard shot 18 in the game by António Pinto from a close distance when the talented Albert Lupeanu managed to make a qualified save. Dobrita UFC's players were relieved. Francisc Hurmuz hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. António Pinto in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Grigore Şoiman hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Dobrita UFC's Albert Lupeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doru Mureșan in the 31st minute of play. Albert Lupeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doru Mureșan, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. CFR Teiuş's Ovidiu Şimonca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugur Nicodim in the 38th minute of play. When CFR Teiuş's Doru Mureșan in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mugur Nicodim was the one to do the kick off. Dobrita UFC were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after CFR Teiuş's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Grigore Şoiman took the corner. Grigore Şoiman made a great header on Dobrita UFC's corner, it was just that CFR Teiuş's Ovidiu Şimonca managed to reach the ball for a save. Mugur Nicodim's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ovidiu Şimonca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Ovidiu Şimonca was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Laurențiu Grigoriu. After 82 played minutes, CFR Teiuş's Francisc Hurmuz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Albert Lupeanu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CFR Teiuş reached it. After 83 played minutes Dobrita UFC got a freekick which was hit by Laurențiu Grigoriu. It was beautiful to see CFR Teiuş's Gabriel Pescaru in action when he in the 85th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! With a couple of smart ball manuevers António Pinto in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albert Lupeanu saved Dobrita UFC from getting behind. In the 88th minute of the match CFR Teiuş got a corner. Dobrita UFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gabriel Pescaru ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alexandru Cândea kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Lucrețiu Hoduț's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ovidiu Şimonca firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dobrita UFC's Mugur Nicodim got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
