Becea CSS's Nechifor Groșan pulled a muscle in his back after 7 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Eduard Ţintea's late challenge caught a Becea CSS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduard Ţintea helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Argesani getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Eduard Ţintea hit a great ball. The supporters of Becea CSS booed when Argesani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manole Andrițoiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luca Ailincai during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eric Firea in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ioan Negara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Costel Lucian hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Firea in the 19th minute of play forced Becea CSS's goalkeeper Ioan Negara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Becea CSS booed when Argesani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Ieremia didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Petre Coșmeanu from long distance, 22 minutes into the match, got Iurie Mărăscu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ioan Negara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Firea in the 29th minute of the match. When Iacob Ciolac came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Becea CSS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iacob Ciolac couldn't finish the play. 34 minutes into the match, Argesani's goalkeeper Iurie Mărăscu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iacob Ciolac. In the 35th match minute, Argesani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Ţintea to maneuver through the defense. If Iacob Ciolac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iacob Ciolac made a kick off. After 54 played minutes Horea Humă could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 0-1 into the left cross. Horea Humă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ioan Negara having to interfere. Argesani's Iurie Mărăscu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iacob Ciolac in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Eric Firea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ioan Negara. The goal made the score 0-2. Iacob Ciolac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iurie Mărăscu having to interfere. With a little luck, Becea CSS's Ioan Negara got control of the ball when Eric Firea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iacob Ciolac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Iurie Mărăscu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Argesani's Horea Humă in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Becea CSS's goalie prevented a goal. If Horea Humă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 97 minutes into the match, Becea CSS's goalkeeper Ioan Negara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eric Firea. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Argesani eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
