Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marcel Hidișan made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Panait Ecobici managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stavaru's supporters rose to their feet, but Panait Ecobici was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Costin Udroiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aurelian Săvescu hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The supporters of Mihalaseni booed when Stavaru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dumitru Baltian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcel Hidișan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandu Braia having to interfere. Panait Ecobici received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Costin Udroiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Panait Ecobici had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Costin Udroiu. Mihalaseni's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Panait Ecobici was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Sandu Braia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Hidișan, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Mugurel Izbașa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcel Hidișan struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Sandu Braia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mihalaseni. After a defensive mix-up in Stavaru's zone, Marcel Hidișan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandu Braia came out of the goal and Marcel Hidișan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Costin Udroiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Hidiș in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

A very good chance for a goal. 58 minutes into the game, Mugurel Izbașa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sandu Braia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mugurel Izbașa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Sandu Braia made a huge save. Stavaru's Sandu Braia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Hidișan in the 74th minute of play. When Dumitru Baltian fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stavaru's protests and gave Dumitru Baltian a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Stavaru's Dumitru Baltian got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Mihalaseni's Iacob Puiu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 84th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sandu Braia but with some difficulty. 88 minutes into the match, Stavaru's goalkeeper Sandu Braia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mugurel Izbașa. The supporters of Mihalaseni booed when Stavaru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radu Barbonța didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
