Dacian Vladimirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilian Alupoaie in the 6th minute of play. Argetoeni CF's Dacian Vladimirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilian Alupoaie in the 7th minute of play. The supporters of Semenea booed when Argetoeni CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ernest Berevoescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dacian Vladimirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernest Barbăroșie in the 10th minute of play. Argetoeni CF's Dacian Vladimirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mădălin Găvănescu in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute Adrian Nichitelea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dacian Vladimirescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilian Alupoaie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damian Scorţea lost his temper 18 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Semenea a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eliodor Contra, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Argetoeni CF's Dacian Vladimirescu. 0-1. In the 23rd minute Valeriu Rareș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Vladimirescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Emilian Alupoaie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dacian Vladimirescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In a very dangerous position, a player in Argetoeni CF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! Argetoeni CF's Vedat Akgöl got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emilian Alupoaie scored 0-5 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dacian Vladimirescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Argetoeni CF defense, Emilian Alupoaie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dacian Vladimirescu. The Argetoeni CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dacian Vladimirescu should have stopped the shot. After the first half Semenea were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a little luck, Argetoeni CF's Dacian Vladimirescu got control of the ball when Ernest Barbăroșie tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ernest Barbăroșie came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dacian Vladimirescu could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilian Alupoaie in the 60th minute of play forced Argetoeni CF's goalkeeper Dacian Vladimirescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Ernest Barbăroșie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Semenea fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Irinel Popete kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Argetoeni CF's Dacian Vladimirescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilian Alupoaie in the 70th minute of play.
