Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fabian Angheluță kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Klausenburg's goal looked a bit too open when Răzvan Ţipirig came free, but Ciprian Cercelescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fabian Angheluță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Răzvan Ţipirig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ciprian Cercelescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when VIITORUL SiBIU's Răzvan Ţipirig fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Ciprian Cercelescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Ţipirig in the 31st minute of play. In the 35th minute Fabian Angheluță shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustin Tulbure saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Fabian Angheluță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Răzvan Ţipirig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Răzvan Ţipirig in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciprian Cercelescu saved Klausenburg from getting behind. The Klausenburg players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. VIITORUL SiBIU were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Răzvan Ţipirig to make the kick off. Ciprian Cercelescu was a little too slow when Cezar Şoltuz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-2. 57 minutes into the match, Fabian Angheluță notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of VIITORUL SiBIU's Augustin Tulbure. Augustin Tulbure was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Răzvan Ţipirig got free with Ciprian Cercelescu in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Răzvan Ţipirig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ciprian Cercelescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Răzvan Ţipirig charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Klausenburg's Ciprian Cercelescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezar Şoltuz in the 78th minute of play. A hard shot 79 in the game by Răzvan Ţipirig from a close distance when the talented Ciprian Cercelescu managed to make a qualified save. Klausenburg's players were relieved. Leonard Jupân struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Ciprian Cercelescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VIITORUL SiBIU. Ciprian Cercelescu was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Răzvan Ţipirig capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Răzvan Ţipirig really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Sorin Poplăcean charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sorin Poplăcean the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th match minute, VIITORUL SiBIU was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sorin Poplăcean to maneuver through the defense. If Răzvan Ţipirig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the game, VIITORUL SiBIU's Răzvan Ţipirig nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciprian Cercelescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. VIITORUL SiBIU's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
