Petre Axinia kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 1-0 became the score in the 17th minute when Cezary Redisz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Dan Alexa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Redisz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Petre Axinia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Redisz in the 23rd minute of play forced Captalani's goalkeeper Dan Alexa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugen Mangra kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Dan Alexa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezary Redisz in the 27th minute of play. Dan Baciu scored 1-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mats Baurhenn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Baciu in the 33rd minute of play forced Galu UFC's goalkeeper Mats Baurhenn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mats Baurhenn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dan Baciu went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Iacob Geoană kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Costel Ciutacu hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eugen Mangra during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 55 played minutes, Galu UFC's Isac Boroneanț shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dan Alexa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galu UFC reached it. Mats Baurhenn came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Captalani's Iacob Geoană. But to his dismay, Iacob Geoană quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Mats Baurhenn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dan Baciu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 66 minute of play. Pompiliu Hâldan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Alexa having to interfere. Iacob Geoană hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aurelian Chelaru during the 72nd minute. The supporters of Galu UFC booed when Captalani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sorin Agrigoroaiei didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezary Redisz in the 89th minute of play forced Captalani's goalkeeper Dan Alexa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dan Alexa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Redisz, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Galu UFC's goalkeeper Mats Baurhenn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dan Baciu. The Galu UFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Captalani's performance. The match ended with a win for Captalani.
