The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grzegorz Budzyn in the 75th minute of play forced Boemi FC's goalkeeper Emanuel Mofre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Grzegorz Budzyn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th match minute, Boemi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mircea Gherguț to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Boemi FC's zone, Grzegorz Budzyn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Mofre came out of the goal and Grzegorz Budzyn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jiul Petrosani played a much better game than Boemi FC and deserved their victory. The Boemi FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
