Santiago Saboya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC SCULARENI's Santiago Saboya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save FC SCULARENI from getting a goal against them. 29 minutes into the game, Valeriu Pană was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC SCULARENI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Haka tumba the free kick. The supporters of Haka tumba booed when FC SCULARENI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valeriu Pană didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 played minutes Haka tumba got a freekick which was hit by Gavril Brădea. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavril Brădea in the 44th minute of play forced FC SCULARENI's goalkeeper Santiago Saboya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Constantin Posteucă to strike the kick off in the second half. Marin Maniu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC SCULARENI's Constantin Posteucă got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgar Inculeț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantin Posteucă, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the match, FC SCULARENI's goal looked a bit too open when Gavril Brădea came free, but Santiago Saboya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrei Trică could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Edgar Inculeț made a huge save. If Marin Maniu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 69th minute, Gavril Brădea made a precise shot to the right of Santiago Saboya. FC SCULARENI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Haka tumba's Edgar Inculeț proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Haka tumba from getting a goal against them. In the 80th minute, Marin Maniu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 81 minutes, Marcel Sabău mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Haka tumba and the FC SCULARENI players grew even worse after the yellow card.
