Spectators: 7479 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 105) Tunarii's Pavel Melentie started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 7 played minutes Vaidasig got a freekick which was hit by Călin Dănescu. Pavel Turlea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Elia Bobes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pavel Melentie got free with Pavel Turlea in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th minute, Elia Bobes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Vaidasig booed when Tunarii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ioan Caba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iustinian Minteuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasile Zamfira in the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Vaidasig's goal looked a bit too open when Elia Bobes came free, but Pavel Turlea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vaidasig's Leonard Corbea got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Vaidasig's Pavel Turlea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Vaidasig from getting a goal against them. Pavel Melentie came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pavel Turlea could save by the left post. In the 27th minute Elia Bobes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavel Turlea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gheorghe Nicolcioiu lost his temper 28 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vaidasig fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Pavel Turlea, was totally fooled by Tunarii's Pavel Melentie, who 29 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ioan Caba hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Jan Stříž with Adrian Demian as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 39th minute, Vasile Zamfira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elia Bobes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute Ionuț Almajan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iustinian Minteuan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ionuț Almajan made a kick off. If Vasile Zamfira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ioan Caba in the 61st minute of play forced Vaidasig's goalkeeper Pavel Turlea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vasile Zamfira got free with Iustinian Minteuan in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iustinian Minteuan came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Vaidasig's Vasile Zamfira. But to his dismay, Vasile Zamfira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Nicu Vărzaru hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the match, Tunarii's goalkeeper Iustinian Minteuan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vasile Zamfira. Călin Dănescu kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Pavel Turlea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mircea Ţintă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan Stříž made in the 92nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Adrian Demian however managed to control. If Vasile Zamfira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iustinian Minteuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionuț Almajan, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vaidasig players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tunarii.
