The audience was convinced that Filip Pușcașu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiberiu Drăgan was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Cosmin Miclauș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Aristide Mazăre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Aristide Mazăre successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
