An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinny Bayes in the 19th minute of play forced Maxinesti's goalkeeper Omar Donzel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Donzel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinny Bayes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihail Tilincă in the 25th minute of play forced IZVORU-CRISULUI FC's goalkeeper Leonard Pantilimon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonard Pantilimon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasile Arieșan, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. But to his dismay, Dinny Bayes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dinny Bayes was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of IZVORU-CRISULUI FC booed when Maxinesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Balint didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dinny Bayes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Maxinesti's zone, Christopher Lekt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Donzel came out of the goal and Christopher Lekt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 59 minutes into the match, Maxinesti's goal looked a bit too open when Frederik Cienfuegos came free, but Omar Donzel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Maxinesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vasile Arieșan to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinny Bayes in the 62nd minute of play forced Maxinesti's goalkeeper Omar Donzel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alex Balint got free with Leonard Pantilimon in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 80 minutes, Dinny Bayes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IZVORU-CRISULUI FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dinny Bayes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frederik Cienfuegos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Dinny Bayes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Omar Donzel was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Omar Donzel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frederik Cienfuegos went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Maxinesti's goalkeeper Omar Donzel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 95thth minute of the game Dinny Bayes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maxinesti's Omar Donzel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
