Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vali Stoiculescu started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Francisc Bălan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oasa and the Stejarii Saftica players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd minute, one of Oasa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Oasa. Sorin Bogătean shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Mihnea Anastasiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Cezar Moscu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Oasa's Codruț Ciuvică got a free kick in the 7th minute. Sorin Bogătean struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Cezar Moscu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stejarii Saftica. Mihnea Anastasiu scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cezar Moscu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Stejarii Saftica's zone, Vali Stoiculescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Costică Novacovici came out of the goal and Vali Stoiculescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mihnea Anastasiu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cezar Moscu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. When Stejarii Saftica's Sorin Bogătean in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oasa's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Oasa's zone, Mihnea Anastasiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cezar Moscu came out of the goal and Mihnea Anastasiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 34 played minutes Stejarii Saftica got a freekick which was hit by Costel Chirtoacă. Stejarii Saftica's Costică Novacovici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vali Stoiculescu in the 35th minute of play. Cezar Moscu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sorin Bogătean, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Sorin Bogătean took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cezar Moscu. Cezar Moscu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, Oasa's Denis Talianu got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Cezar Moscu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihnea Anastasiu in the 45th minute of play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sorin Bogătean to strike the kick off in the second half. Costică Novacovici didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denis Talianu went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Sorin Bogătean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eric Radovan got free with Cezar Moscu in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute, Stejarii Saftica's Eric Radovan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cezar Moscu. Cezar Moscu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. 64 minutes into the match, Stejarii Saftica's Mihnea Anastasiu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cezar Moscu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stelian Muscă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, Stejarii Saftica's goal looked a bit too open when Vali Stoiculescu came free, but Costică Novacovici reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Eric Radovan came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Stejarii Saftica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Radovan couldn't finish the play. Cezar Moscu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sorin Bogătean's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. After a rather tough play, Oasa's Gelu Dinescu got a free kick in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Stejarii Saftica booed when Oasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gelu Dinescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Eric Radovan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stejarii Saftica's supporters rose to their feet, but Eric Radovan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cezar Moscu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cezar Moscu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihnea Anastasiu in the 77th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Oasa's goal looked a bit too open when Sorin Bogătean came free, but Cezar Moscu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Costică Novacovici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gelu Dinescu in the 79th minute of play. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oasa's goalkeeper Cezar Moscu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mihnea Ruşdea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eric Radovan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Cezar Moscu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Eric Radovan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 played minutes Stejarii Saftica got a freekick which was hit by Paul Zdrobău. Stejarii Saftica's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
