Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gelu Arapașu in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luca Iulian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luca Iulian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narcis Bocu in the 15th minute of the match. Viorel Mateescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Costin Dulgherescu hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Blehanii's Emanuel Zubaşcu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Miercurea - Ciuc Academy. Miercurea - Ciuc Academy's Luca Iulian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viorel Mateescu in the 24th minute of play. Emil Pistol was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 28th minute. Miercurea - Ciuc Academy's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Gelu Stafie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Pistol in the 30th minute of the match. Emil Pistol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gelu Stafie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Luca Iulian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gelu Arapașu, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Costin Dulgherescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Miercurea - Ciuc Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blehanii the free kick. After 63 played minutes Blehanii got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Deliman. Gelu Stafie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iacob Cotuțiu in the 64th minute of play. When Viorel Mateescu came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Blehanii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Viorel Mateescu couldn't finish the play. The Miercurea - Ciuc Academy fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Blehanii were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
