The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alex Chițac to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Fagetul AS getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Șerban Iftodi hit a great ball. Sebastian Tache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radu Iorda in the 58th minute of the match. Radu Iorda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gheorghe Astafei got free with Costin Amurăriței in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the match, Barbosi's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Dănilă came free, but Costin Amurăriței reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radu Iorda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastian Tache read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fagetul AS's goalkeeper Sebastian Tache, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sebastian Tache took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Johnsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Chițac hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. The Fagetul AS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fagetul AS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
