Tudor Arvinte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustin Balcan in the 7th minute of the match. Manole Deșliu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Ovidiu Olaru made a huge save. Boura's Ovidiu Olaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Afloroaiei in the 10th minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Gheorghe Crețu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boura's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gheorghe Crețu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Racauti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Balcan came free, but Tudor Arvinte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tudor Arvinte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gheorghe Crețu in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute Gheorghe Crețu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tudor Arvinte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Crețu in the 19th minute of play forced Racauti FC's goalkeeper Tudor Arvinte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tudor Arvinte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gheorghe Crețu in the 22nd minute of play. Tudor Arvinte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gheorghe Crețu went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 40 minutes into the match, Racauti FC's Marcel Afloroaiei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidiu Olaru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Iustin Balcan made the kick off in the second half. If Claudiu Mustățea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Iustin Balcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the game, Vlad Gurgui was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Boura's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Racauti FC the free kick. The supporters of Racauti FC booed when Boura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vlad Gurgui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolae Cocoș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidiu Olaru having to interfere. When Racauti FC's Marcel Afloroaiei in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Boura's goalie prevented a goal. In the 70th minute of the match Nichifor Zberea shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ovidiu Olaru showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Nicolae Cocoș managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racauti FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolae Cocoș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75thth minute of the game Nicolae Cocoș who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boura's Ovidiu Olaru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicolae Cocoș struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Ovidiu Olaru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racauti FC. After some careless play in the Boura defense, Marcel Afloroaiei kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ovidiu Olaru. The Boura fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ovidiu Olaru should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Racauti FC's Dinu Panaiteanu got a free kick in the 84th minute. Gheorghe Crețu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Tudor Arvinte made a huge save. Tudor Arvinte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iustin Balcan in the 87th minute of the match. When Gheorghe Crețu fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boura's protests and gave Gheorghe Crețu a yellow card for diving instead. Ovidiu Olaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolae Cocoș, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 96 minutes into the match, Cosmin Ciocârlan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tudor Arvinte, 2-2. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
