In the 18th play minute Nicolae Cocoș came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Petrică Slavici. 2-0. Thanks to some nice moves Nicolae Cocoș could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Petrică Slavici however easily saved by the left post. When Racauti FC's Marcel Afloroaiei in 23 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Petrică Slavici guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. If Marcel Afloroaiei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petrică Slavici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Deșliu in the 28th minute of the match. Petrică Slavici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel Afloroaiei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 minutes of play, Racauti FC's Marcel Afloroaiei made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Petrică Slavici was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Afloroaiei in the 37th minute of play forced Heleresti AS's goalkeeper Petrică Slavici to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marius Diaconu hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After having played for 39 minutes, Nicolae Cocoș managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racauti FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolae Cocoș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute of the match, Marcel Afloroaiei tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Petrică Slavici saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Petrică Slavici made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolae Cocoș in the 46th minute.

The wind increased when Marius Diaconu made the kick off in the second half. Marius Diaconu's late challenge caught a Racauti FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marius Diaconu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Racauti FC booed when Heleresti AS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marius Diaconu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 53rd play minutes Nicolae Cocoș shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Petrică Slavici and just under the crossbar into goal. Sever Răchiteanu charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sever Răchiteanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 56 played minutes Heleresti AS got a freekick which was hit by Sever Răchiteanu. Marius Diaconu kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Nicolae Cocoș struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Petrică Slavici didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racauti FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Marcel Afloroaiei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Racauti FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcel Afloroaiei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petrică Slavici breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Petrică Slavici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolae Cocoș in the 72nd minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Racauti FC's Marcel Afloroaiei nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petrică Slavici made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Manole Deșliu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of Heleresti AS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Racauti FC:s goal. The referee gave Racauti FC a penalty, 87 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Vasile Doloman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Heleresti AS's Petrică Slavici. 6-0. After having played for 96 minutes, Marcel Afloroaiei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racauti FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcel Afloroaiei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcel Afloroaiei struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Petrică Slavici didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racauti FC. There was no doubt that Racauti FC were the better team. Racauti FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
