Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Iustinian Dorlea kicked off to start the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eric Cernea showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eric Cernea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iustinian Dorlea's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Tiberiu Atodiresei made a precise shot to the right of Eric Cernea. Ceausu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferdinand Manolache got free with Mugur Vişoiu in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iustinian Dorlea in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eric Cernea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eric Cernea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iustinian Dorlea, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 48 minutes into the match, Tiberiu Atodiresei notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Ceausu's Eric Cernea. Eric Cernea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabian Pipirig was the one to do the kick off. FC Dinamo Slatina's Mugur Vişoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabin Belu in the 56th minute of play. If Iustinian Dorlea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Ceausu's goal looked a bit too open when Liviu Lupșoiu came free, but Eric Cernea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st match minute, Ceausu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valeriu Ciucă to maneuver through the defense. Ceausu's Eric Cernea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iustinian Dorlea in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ceausu's Pavel Pârvulescu got a free kick in the 66th minute. Iustinian Dorlea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Şener Başkaya managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Dinamo Slatina's supporters rose to their feet, but Şener Başkaya was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eric Cernea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rd minute Fabian Pipirig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugur Vişoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Iustinian Dorlea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eric Cernea was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. After having played for 92 minutes, Tiberiu Atodiresei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Dinamo Slatina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiberiu Atodiresei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of FC Dinamo Slatina booed when Ceausu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Pârvulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eric Cernea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iustinian Dorlea's shot from short distance in the 99th minute. FC Dinamo Slatina's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
