When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Wilhelm Løvaas put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Olimpiu Voinea. Wilhelm Løvaas in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Olimpiu Voinea, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of UFC Draghesti booed when STR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudiu Dulfu didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Armanca in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olimpiu Voinea saved STR from getting behind. 41 minutes into the game, Wilhelm Løvaas lined in a short shot 4-0 behind a frustrated Olimpiu Voinea.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manuel Armanca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Wilhelm Løvaas made a precise shot to the right of Olimpiu Voinea. STR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. If Pompiliu Finteșteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Manuel Armanca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
