F.C NTY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sipoteni AS the free kick. Vasile Rednic came out of the goal and Eusebiu Mareș tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 84 minutes into the match, Sipoteni AS's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebiu Mareș came free, but Vasile Rednic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vasile Rednic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stelian Enigărescu in the 85th minute of the match. Vasile Rednic stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eusebiu Mareș's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 88th minute Eusebiu Mareș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasile Rednic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C NTY's Eusebiu Mareș got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Codrin Goiciu made a precise shot to the right of Nicodim Dobrescu. F.C NTY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Sipoteni AS were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over F.C NTY's much stronger midfield.
