Spectators: 6705 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1705, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Moise Cobzeanu kicked off to start the match. Gică Pora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atak Toydeniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. 11 minutes into the match, STEAUA 2's goal looked a bit too open when Chiquinho Perez came free, but Gică Pora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Remus kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. STEAUA 2's attentive Ernest Vintilescu managed to snatch the ball when Emil Tănăsescu made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. Gică Pora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atak Toydeniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Chiquinho Perez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gică Pora was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 30th minute Mugurel Berca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gică Pora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CFR Cluj1907's Basarab Sitaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moise Cobzeanu in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute Elder Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gică Pora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 36 minutes of play, CFR Cluj1907's Chiquinho Perez made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gică Pora was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emil Tănăsescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Gică Pora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nichifor Huștea hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute Constantin Sima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gică Pora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiberiu Potoroacă in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gică Pora saved STEAUA 2 from getting behind. After the first half CFR Cluj1907 were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Chiquinho Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gică Pora having to interfere. In the 53rd match minute, STEAUA 2 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Remus to maneuver through the defense. In the 65thth minute of the game Moise Cobzeanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CFR Cluj1907's Basarab Sitaru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tiberiu Potoroacă during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 66 played minutes CFR Cluj1907 got a freekick which was hit by Tiberiu Potoroacă. 69 minutes into the match, Mugurel Berca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gică Pora. STEAUA 2's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mugurel Berca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Cosmin Ioneasa hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. STEAUA 2's Gică Pora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Potoroacă in the 72nd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Chiquinho Perez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gică Pora. STEAUA 2's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chiquinho Perez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. The crowd rose to their feet as CFR Cluj1907's Chiquinho Perez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gică Pora. That made the score 0-7 after 78 minutes of play. With a little luck, STEAUA 2's Gică Pora got control of the ball when Atak Toydeniz tried to sneak it across the goal line. 83 minutes into the game, CFR Cluj1907's Chiquinho Perez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gică Pora made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Tănăsescu in the 86th minute of play forced STEAUA 2's goalkeeper Gică Pora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute Tiberiu Potoroacă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gică Pora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gică Pora was a little too slow when Elder Fernandes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-9. A hard shot 93 in the game by Tiberiu Potoroacă from a close distance when the talented Gică Pora managed to make a qualified save. STEAUA 2's players were relieved. 96 minutes into the match, STEAUA 2's goalkeeper Gică Pora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chiquinho Perez. CFR Cluj1907's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
