The audience thought a goal was coming when Moise Mălin got free with Răzvan Pâslaru in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Iurie Dragomiroiu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Răzvan Pâslaru was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciubuci CS played a much better game than CFR 1907 CLUJ and deserved their victory. The CFR 1907 CLUJ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
