In the 11th match minute, MOGOSESTI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Vintilă to maneuver through the defense. Teo Azibar might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sorin Beligan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teo Azibar ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of MOGOSESTI FC booed when DualArtMedia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Luken didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Ovidiu Ungureanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute of the match, Petru Cândrea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sorin Beligan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sorin Beligan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teo Azibar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bogdan Novac got free with Sorin Beligan in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Teo Azibar managed to get in a good position for a shot. DualArtMedia's supporters rose to their feet, but Teo Azibar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sorin Beligan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gică Lupșe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. Sorin Beligan had in the 35thth minute some difficulties stopping Aurelian Gaiță's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. DualArtMedia's Felipe Ireno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Cocârlă in the 45th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and George Chindriș made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, MOGOSESTI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Novac came free, but Sorin Beligan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sorin Beligan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Cândrea in the 63rd minute of play. Teo Azibar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sorin Beligan having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, MOGOSESTI FC's goal looked a bit too open when George Chindriș came free, but Sorin Beligan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Cocârlă could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Felipe Ireno made a huge save. When Ovidiu Ungureanu fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MOGOSESTI FC's protests and gave Ovidiu Ungureanu a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bogdan Novac in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sorin Beligan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. DualArtMedia were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing MOGOSESTI FC to leave the ground with a draw.
