Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Răzvan Mazăre took the kick off in the first half of the match. Eusebiu Tănase fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavius Brezoi having to interfere. A collision led to Academia de fotbal Norbi getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. George Adam hit a great ball. When Ciprian Budac came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Mires fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciprian Budac couldn't finish the play. Academia de fotbal Norbi's Flavius Brezoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ion Vlas in the 11th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Răzvan Mazăre notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Academia de fotbal Norbi's Flavius Brezoi. Flavius Brezoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Eusebiu Tănase had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavril Zăvoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florin Pora in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Ion Vlas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute Ion Vlas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavius Brezoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mires's Gavril Zăvoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Pășcuțoiu in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Fabian Pășcuțoiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Academia de fotbal Norbi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Iosif Socoriceanu hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ion Vlas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Flavius Brezoi. That made the score 2-1 in the 31 minute of play. In the 34thth minute of the game Ion Vlas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia de fotbal Norbi's Flavius Brezoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Academia de fotbal Norbi's Flavius Brezoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Academia de fotbal Norbi from getting a goal against them. Ciprian Budac blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavius Brezoi having to make a save. Ciprian Budac struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Flavius Brezoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mires. The crowd rose to their feet as Răzvan Mazăre kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Flavius Brezoi. That made the score 3-1 in the 44 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iosif Socoriceanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Fabian Pășcuțoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 52 minutes, Răzvan Mazăre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mires's supporters crossed their fingers, but Răzvan Mazăre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gavril Zăvoiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iosif Socoriceanu went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Flavius Brezoi came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Mires's Ion Vlas. But to his dismay, Ion Vlas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. If Ion Vlas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusebiu Tănase sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Eusebiu Tănase got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute Ciprian Budac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavius Brezoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavius Brezoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ion Vlas in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Academia de fotbal Norbi's Eusebiu Blejan got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Ciprian Budac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Flavius Brezoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavius Brezoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Mazăre, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 92 minutes of play, Mires's Ciprian Budac made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavius Brezoi was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mires fully deserved thier win.
