Spectators: 6703 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edgar Ciupe took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Ciupe in the 4th minute of play forced Corjauti UFC's goalkeeper Ştefan Eniceicu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Banciu in the 6th minute of play forced Seciurile's goalkeeper Petre Cândreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tudor Calciu took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Petre Cândreanu. Petre Cândreanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Tudor Calciu came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Corjauti UFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tudor Calciu couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Seciurile's zone, Filip Balint stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Petre Cândreanu came out of the goal and Filip Balint tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Seciurile's Flavius Bogatu suffered a concussion in the 15th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Grigore Zburliş's late challenge caught a Seciurile's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Grigore Zburliş helped the player get up and apologised. Grigore Zburliş kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Corjauti UFC's zone, Edgar Ciupe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ştefan Eniceicu came out of the goal and Edgar Ciupe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dan Gheondea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ştefan Eniceicu having to interfere. Corneliu Achimescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Cândreanu having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Dorin Pătrașcu notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Seciurile's Petre Cândreanu. Petre Cândreanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tudor Calciu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Tudor Calciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tudor Calciu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Petre Cândreanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grigore Zburliş struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Petre Cândreanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corjauti UFC. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Tudor Calciu made the kick off in the second half. Petre Cândreanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tudor Calciu's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Petre Cândreanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tudor Calciu in the 56th minute. Petre Cândreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tudor Calciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. If Tudor Calciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Seciurile's Petre Cândreanu got control of the ball when Tudor Calciu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Corjauti UFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tudor Calciu in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute, George Zburlea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Seciurile's goalkeeper Petre Cândreanu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Petre Cândreanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tudor Calciu's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Corjauti UFC's Dorin Pătrașcu got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 82nd match minute, Corjauti UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Balint to maneuver through the defense. Ştefan Eniceicu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Ciupe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Corneliu Achimescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Petre Cândreanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seciurile's Petre Cândreanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Seciurile from getting a goal against them. Corneliu Achimescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petre Cândreanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Corjauti UFC played a much better game than Seciurile and deserved their victory. The Seciurile players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
