Spectators: 6707 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 0) Edgar Ciupe made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dan Gheondea in the 4th minute of play forced Prelucele AC's goalkeeper Toader Iovanovici to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Toader Iovanovici made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Dan Gheondea sent off a good shot on target. 6 minutes into the game, Sorin Dersidan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Prelucele AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seciurile the free kick. A collision led to Prelucele AC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Sorin Dersidan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantin Madgearu in the 12th minute of play forced Seciurile's goalkeeper Petre Cândreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Edgar Ciupe reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Toader Iovanovici. The goal made the score 2-0. Toader Iovanovici made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dan Gheondea in the 17th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dan Gheondea got free with Toader Iovanovici in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice moves Flavius Bogatu could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Toader Iovanovici however easily saved by the left post. Costel Abrudan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Cândreanu having to interfere. After some careless play in the Seciurile defense, Sorin Dersidan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Petre Cândreanu. The Seciurile fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Petre Cândreanu should have stopped the shot. Toader Iovanovici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Ciupe in the 40th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Horaţiu Vâlcu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Iovanovici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sorin Dersidan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Cândreanu having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Costel Abrudan was the one to do the kick off. Petre Cândreanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costel Abrudan, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Toader Iovanovici came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Seciurile's Edgar Ciupe. But to his dismay, Edgar Ciupe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Toader Iovanovici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Gheondea in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute Flavius Bogatu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Iovanovici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costel Abrudan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Cândreanu having to interfere. Petre Cândreanu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Costel Abrudan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-2 in the 80 minute of play. After having played for 83 minutes, Costel Abrudan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Prelucele AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Costel Abrudan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Toader Iovanovici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Ciupe in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute Dan Gheondea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toader Iovanovici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Toader Iovanovici showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horaţiu Vâlcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Toader Iovanovici made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horaţiu Vâlcu in the 94th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Seciurile fully deserved thier win.
