The DAS FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolae Hreapcă should have stopped the shot. Niculae Datcu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iordache Inculeț in the 32nd minute of the match. After 32 minutes, Costică Gherguț mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zimbrul and the DAS FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd minute, Costică Gherguț hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egert Laisk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Nicolae Hreapcă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egert Laisk couldn't finish the play. If Andrei Honciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egert Laisk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolae Hreapcă read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. With an all-out effort, DAS FC's Niculae Datcu threw himself towards the right post 46 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Panait Cioacă, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After the first half Zimbrul were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Panait Cioacă to strike the kick off in the second half. Zimbrul's Andrei Honciu got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicolae Hreapcă came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Zimbrul's Andrei Honciu. But to his dismay, Andrei Honciu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Andrei Honciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolae Hreapcă having to interfere. After 66 minutes of play, Zimbrul's Egert Laisk made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the game, Andrei Honciu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Nicolae Hreapcă was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Andrei Honciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Remus kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. A collision led to DAS FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Panait Cioacă hit a great ball. Andrei Honciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolae Hreapcă having to interfere.
