Costel Cămărășescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the match, ACS Recea - MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Costel Cămărășescu came free, but Rareș Bejenaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ACS Recea - MM-'s zone, Cornel Păunescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rareș Bejenaru came out of the goal and Cornel Păunescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 16 played minutes, Cotorman AC's Silviu Cozorici shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rareș Bejenaru came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cotorman AC reached it. In the 20th minute Cornel Păunescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rareș Bejenaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costel Cămărășescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rareș Bejenaru having to interfere. When Leonard Mudura fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cotorman AC's protests and gave Leonard Mudura a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, Cotorman AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costel Cămărășescu to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, ACS Recea - MM-'s Marius Şimonca got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, ACS Recea - MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Costel Cămărășescu came free, but Rareș Bejenaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rareș Bejenaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Mudura in the 36th minute of play. Costel Cămărășescu struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Rareș Bejenaru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cotorman AC. In the 39th minute of the match Silviu Cozorici shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rareș Bejenaru showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Cornel Păunescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cotorman AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cornel Păunescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rareș Bejenaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marius Şimonca hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The Cotorman AC fans' excitement grew in the 48th match minute when Cotorman AC's Costel Cămărășescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iustin Zgîrţa made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Cotorman AC's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Zgîrţa came free, but Nechifor Munteanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cotorman AC's Nechifor Munteanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Şimonca in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute Marius Şimonca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nechifor Munteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Gabriel Dobre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Iustin Zgîrţa came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the ACS Recea - MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iustin Zgîrţa couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the game, Iustin Zgîrţa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Nechifor Munteanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 70 minutes, Cornel Păunescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cotorman AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornel Păunescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cornel Păunescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rareș Bejenaru having to interfere. Cornel Păunescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristinel Baldazar hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. The supporters of ACS Recea - MM- booed when Cotorman AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remus Chiliman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Marius Şimonca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ACS Recea - MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Remus Chiliman hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute Marius Şimonca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nechifor Munteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Costel Cămărășescu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rareș Bejenaru, passed just outside the right post. Grigore Cângea hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After 99 played minutes, Cotorman AC's Silviu Cozorici shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rareș Bejenaru came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line.
