Spectators: 5742 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 20) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marian Năsturel took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cristi Todea kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cotorman AC's goalkeeper Nechifor Munteanu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 12th match minute, Cotorman AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornel Păunescu to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ilie Văduva during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ilie Văduva kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Nechifor Munteanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrei Oravițan in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st play minute Costel Cămărășescu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Niculae Malcoci. 1-0. Cornel Păunescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliodor Romaşcanu charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliodor Romaşcanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cotorman AC booed when Saragea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliodor Romaşcanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornel Păunescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Niculae Malcoci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nechifor Munteanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristi Stolniceanu in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrei Oravițan in the 34th minute of play forced Cotorman AC's goalkeeper Nechifor Munteanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Andrei Oravițan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nechifor Munteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nechifor Munteanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilian Astafiei in the 38th minute of the match. Costel Cămărășescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andrei Oravițan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Nechifor Munteanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Costel Cămărășescu to make the kick off. Cristi Stolniceanu charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristi Stolniceanu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Costel Cămărășescu's late challenge caught a Saragea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Costel Cămărășescu helped the player get up and apologised. Costel Cămărășescu hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the game, Marian Năsturel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Nechifor Munteanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nechifor Munteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliodor Romaşcanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 72nd match minute, Cotorman AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Mudura to maneuver through the defense. Nechifor Munteanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrei Oravițan in the 75th minute of the match. With a little luck, Cotorman AC's Nechifor Munteanu got control of the ball when Marian Năsturel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cotorman AC's Nechifor Munteanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Cotorman AC from getting a goal against them. Marian Năsturel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Nechifor Munteanu made a huge save. Saragea's Andrei Oravițan got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Costel Cămărășescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cornel Păunescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Niculae Malcoci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cotorman AC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Saragea had controlled the match.
