Narcis Tripon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Narcis Conta in the 11th minute. Valeriu Elenescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Juliusz Narbut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Codrin Enache scored 3-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Narcis Tripon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Gigel Tomozei came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Cuzaplacu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gigel Tomozei couldn't finish the play. After having played for 37 minutes, Narcis Conta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hulub's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narcis Conta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Hulub booed when Cuzaplacu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Isbășoiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Cuzaplacu's goalkeeper Narcis Tripon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Narcis Conta. Juliusz Narbut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Tomozei, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Narcis Tripon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cazimir Nicea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Narcis Conta made a kick off. Maxim Ciulei kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Narcis Conta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Narcis Tripon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Narcis Tripon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narcis Conta, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The Cuzaplacu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Valeriu Elenescu hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Narcis Conta sped through Cuzaplacu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Narcis Tripon. Narcis Tripon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codrin Enache in the 87th minute of play. When Hulub's Cazimir Nicea in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cuzaplacu's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee ended the match the Hulub players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
