Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ion Dăianu started the match with the kick off. Ivan Condeescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilano Cordario, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After some careless play in the Mag defense, Atilano Cordario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Condeescu. The Mag fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Condeescu should have stopped the shot. If Júlio Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilano Cordario in the 12th minute of play forced Mag's goalkeeper Ivan Condeescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Augustin Mateescu sped through Mag's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ivan Condeescu. 16 minutes into the game, Moise Vătavu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mag's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave deCode F.C. the free kick. Moise Vătavu hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Atilano Cordario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of deCode F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mag:s goal. The referee gave Mag a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Constantin Hrandabur, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of deCode F.C.'s Alex Glodeanu. 1-2. Nae Atanasiu kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moise Vătavu got free with Alex Glodeanu in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute Ion Dăianu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Glodeanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudiu Vătavu kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Alex Glodeanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ion Dăianu, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Atilano Cordario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivan Condeescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Ivan Condeescu came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by deCode F.C.'s Júlio Leão. But to his dismay, Júlio Leão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilano Cordario in the 48th minute of play forced Mag's goalkeeper Ivan Condeescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Júlio Leão was the one to do the kick off. Alex Glodeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moise Vătavu in the 51st minute of the match. In the 52nd minute, Nae Atanasiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alex Glodeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavius Baciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Irinel Mihu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, deCode F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ion Dăianu came free, but Alex Glodeanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atilano Cordario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Augustin Mateescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augustin Mateescu in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ivan Condeescu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 70 played minutes Mag got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Condeescu. Augustin Mateescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ivan Condeescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex Glodeanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moise Vătavu in the 76th minute of play. When Júlio Leão came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the deCode F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Júlio Leão couldn't finish the play. Atilano Cordario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Condeescu having to interfere. Rareș Condeescu kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Augustin Mateescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Rareș Condeescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over deCode F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mag throughout the match.
